We hired professional Thai building company whom we trust and who has built other projects like Intiria Villas in Rawai too. We give the buyer an option to choose the size of the land plot, number of bedrooms (2 or 3) and the price!
Standard off-plan price includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, covered parking, air conditioners (3 units), pool, terrace, in-built furniture package, kitchen, sanitary. LAND PLOTS vary from 330 sqm to 430 sqm, built area of 2-bedroom villa is 125 sqm (exact figures may vary depending on the unit), 3-bedroom villa is 155 sqm. It takes 12-18 month to build a villa and finish decoration.
